Nicole Hopper
Founder & Principal Designer
Nicole Hopper’s path to interior design unfolded naturally, guided by an early appreciation for how spaces shape experience and evoke emotion. A Washington native born in Seattle, Nicole was drawn to Residential Interior Design long before it became her profession — attending Street of Dreams tours as a child and instinctively noticing how thoughtful details create feeling and flow.
Drawing from more than fourteen years of experience styling premier luxury properties for Sotheby’s International Realty, Nicole brings an intuitive and highly refined design perspective. Working within the highest tier of the market sharpened her eye for balance, restraint, and presentation, and deepened her understanding of what truly elevates home life.
Nicole received her formal design education at the Heritage Design School of Seattle and is licensed in both Washington and New York. With a strong foundation in customer service and project management, she is known for creating a design process that feels clear, considered, and genuinely enjoyable for her clients.
In recent years, Nicole expanded her work to include Early Career Designer Coaching — a natural extension of the mentorship she found herself offering emerging designers as they transition from education into professional practice. This work reflects her belief in strong foundations, thoughtful processes, and confidence in your craft.
Nicole has had the opportunity to design for a range of high-profile clients and was named Kirkland Lifestyle Magazine’s® Best Interior Designer in both 2022 and 2023. Her work has been featured in regional publications, including cover stories for Portrait Magazine® Seattle & Portland and Kirkland Lifestyle Magazine®. Nicole Hopper Interiors is based in Kirkland, Washington.
